Pineapple ice cream - full instructions

Those who are aware of my cooking skill, know that I'm unlikely candidate for the next Master Chief competition.

I have managed to use my home's fire alarm as an egg timer, when boiling eggs.. twice. Apparently the water runs out in about 45-60 minutes, which then causes holy smoke to come out from the pot. Now you know. 

The benefit of my lack of cooking skills is that my cooking receipts are not difficult at all. In fact, if I manage to make something, it should be easy for everybody!

Today Pekka's cooking school introduces how to make Pineapple Ice cream. 

Difficulty level: 2/5

  • First get to the local market and ask the lovely lady, who sells the pineapples, to peel the pineapple. This is the most important step, as if a non expert does it, instead of having a nice peeled pineapple, the end result will look like yellow tomato sauce. 
  • Cut the pineapple in 4 pieces. Better yet, ask the professional to do this for you.
  • Place the pineapple pieces to a plate and put it in to the freezer for 6-12 hours.
  • Enjoy the fresh pineapple ice cream.
